Filmmaker & Business Mindset Coach
As a filmmaker, I weave meditation and the exploration of consciousness into my films.
As a coach, I help women entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed create a simple business deeply aligned with their values.
I am a Berlin-based writer, director, and producer specializing in fictional and documentary films for cinema and television, with work featured on channels such as ZDF, ARTE, WDR, and SWR.
Among my works are the award-winning Die Überflüssigen (The Superfluous), recipient of the Prix Genève Europe Writing Bursary from the European Broadcasting Union, and Die Eroberung der inneren Freiheit (The Conquest of Inner Freedom), a film that was shown in cinemas across Germany, recognized at the DOK Leipzig Festival, and nominated for PRIX EUROPA, as well as many other works featured on public television.
In addition, I am a keynote speaker on scriptwriting and AI, teach scriptwriting at my company, Drehbuchwerkstatt Berlin, and have lectured at renowned universities, including the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland — one of the top business universities in the world.
Having been a successful entrepreneur for more than 25 years and a coach for more than 15 years, I offer the LESS IS MORE COACHING EXPERIENCE for women business owners.
I am passionate about innovation, value-driven leadership, achieving mastery in my skills, building a strong community, and using artificial intelligence wisely. And I continually seek ways to integrate these elements into my production company and my business coaching.
I firmly believe the future of filmmaking and business does not lie with large corporations, but with small, agile, and innovative companies grounded in the values of wisdom, compassion, and loving-kindness. “Be the change you want to see in the world.” — Gandhi
As a meditation practitioner for more than 20 years, my vision and mission is to weave meditation, spiritual practices, and the exploration of consciousness into my films. I did this, for example, in my documentary Der lautlose Tanz des Lebens (The Silent Dance of Life), about the groundbreaking Buddhist teacher Ruth Denison and her meditation center in the Mojave Desert, California.
Born on December 21, 1971, in Katowice, Poland, and living in Berlin since 1981, I have always considered this international perspective on life to be a great enrichment.
Studied theatre and film studies, as well as German literature, at the Free University of Berlin, and film directing and screenwriting in the United Kingdom.
Graduate of numerous independent screenwriting seminars and scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes).
Screenplay juror and lecturer in Intermedia Design at renowned universities such as the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and DHBW Mannheim (Germany).
More than 25 years of experience as a screenwriter, director, and producer of feature and documentary films for cinema and television, as well as a successful entrepreneur and coach.
